The date for the 2th edition of the MKB model happening has been set. This will take place on Sunday 26 February 2023 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at CC TER DILFT. The preparations are already in full swing to introduce the public to the newest and best in the field of modelling.
The CC TER DILFT BORNEM offers space to national and international modelling clubs and traders so that both spectators and beginners and experienced modellers can find what they are looking for.
The event also includes a modelling competition in which everyone can participate and where the participants can show their skills in various categories. As in previous years, there is the possibility of having a snack and a drink in the cafeteria at democratic prices.
Over the years, thanks to the trust, the good atmosphere and the commitment of the MKB-members and their partners, this event has grown into a success that we want to improve even further. That is why Klein-Brabant is already looking forward to welcoming modelers and model lovers from all over the world to this 20th happening. Happening 2023
Traders pay € 12 stand fee pro meter for sales stands. Stands for model making clubs are limited to a maximum of 6 meters. MKB cannot be held responsible for loss, theft or damage. MKB is not responsible for sellers who do not comply with the European and Belgian legislation on the sale of products and the related taxes.
You are kindly requested to clean up your stand at the end of the fair. We remind you that you must respect the European and Belgian legislation on sales and taxes.
Sellers and modelling clubs who wish to register for this event can use the link below to fill in an online registration form or contact Nico Publie (nico.publie@telenet.be) Traders and modelling clubs who are not registered, who present themselves can still participate but only if space is available due to cancellations on the day itself. For the registered traders and model building societies a breakfast is provided between 07.00 am and 10.00 am for maximum ..... persons per registered club or seller. After 09.30 am breakfast will no longer be provided.
Breakfast is only provided for the number of persons mentioned on the registration form.

Also this year MCW has a unique trophy to win. Don't miss the "2020" version for your collection. An extra motivation to get that 95% finished model ready! The commemoration 14-18 is behind us. We are already looking ahead. MKB is always following the new trends in model making. That's why we are starting this year with a "Crazy Cartoon" trophy for the best cartoon model. So be sure to write your "egg-plane", "Toon-tank". ...crazy figure or other distorted model in!! Because the quality of the kit is getting better and better, the 'straight from the box' trophy will no longer be awarded. We wish you a successful competition!
